Author Biography: Florence Cherruault established The Pickle House in Hackney, London, in 2014. Having been introduced to the idea of drinking pickle juice in New York, she wanted to create pickle juice recipes that were specifically made for cocktails and smoothies (rather than just using the brine left over from a jar of pickles).
